Qantas have got a new plane – the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. I took a ride inside ‘Great Southern Land’ from Melbourne to Sydney as Qantas test the aircraft before commencing international operations.
I shot a short video of the flight taking a look at the seating configurations, inside the cabin, in-flight entertainment, and the domestic food service.
This Dreamliner is a slightly different model to the one Jetstar have been operating for a few months. That’s a 787-8 whereas the new Qantas Dreamliner is a 787-9 series.
